SPEAKING FOR IELTS: PROVIDING INFORMATION
30 Oct 2014 admin
Opinions are not graded in IELTS speaking – the examiner doesn’t really mind which side of the issue you are on. However, a lot of weight is given on how you express your opinion. Use the time to show off your good command of the English language. You can accomplish this by providing additional information supported by related examples. Here are some questions that you can practice on with or without a partner:
Talking about what you do …
Do you work or are you a student?
Talking about your free time …
How much free time do you generally get?
Do you prefer going out to staying home in your spare time?
Do you think you can enjoy yourself without spending money?
Are there fun things to do where you live?
